Flirty Ruffled Fingerless Gloves
I just left one of my favorite knitting shops, Loopy Yarns. I was inspired by the Malabrigo Twist yarn I purchased. It is baby soft Merino Wool. Oh Malabrigo, is there anything you can't do? I don't think so.
I started knitting with this and am so enamored with the project, I had to share it before it was completed! I just love the yummy color (it's called Tender) and the girly wrist ruffle.

Two Knit Toys in One (Bunny and Duck)
I love knitting toys. They are usually quick and easy to knit for the instant gratification knitter like myself.
You can knit this little guys in just a couple of hours. Get the pattern for FREE, courtesy of Spud & Chloe!
Here is an adorable mini-toy! It is a reversible bunny and duck. That's right. It is actually two toys in one that can flip inside-out. AWESOME!

Color Blocks and Stripes
This striped hat was a nice knit and easily finished in a day or two.
I used any worsted weight yarn I had on hand along with size 7 DPNs
and a size 7 circular needle.
The inspiration for this hat came from an old pattern I found for a similar
hat but it was done bottom-up. I knit this hat top-down (my preference).
Knit this hat in colors of your choice. Get the pattern from Ravelry.com for $1.

Baby It's Cold Outside
I woke up yesterday and realized...winter is here! Gosh, when did that happen? I immediately took to whipping up a pair of cabled mittens.
This is a really fast knit. It has taken me a few hours (with distractions) to knit.
Here are the mittens. I am using two balls of yarn so the mittens are thick and warm. I have finished the right mitten and I am completing the second one now.

Note that I have the thumb stitches on a piece of scrap yarn until I am
ready to knit the thumb. Also note that I am using a set of four DPNs.

Final Stages
This little giraffe is really coming together in the final stages. I have knitted and attached the horns and I've started the mane.
